I truly believe that, for each client, a unique therapy must be created, one that by definition cannot be fully described in advance.
However, as a general model, initial sessions will focus on rapport building, history taking, and collaboratively working towards a collective understanding of preferred therapeutic goals.
Ongoing treatment is then tailored towards these goals and delivered through mutually agreed-upon methods in an environment that balances warmth with challenge.
Typically, the decision to conclude therapy is made collaboratively. However, your participation in treatment is entirely voluntary, and your autonomy to choose when to end therapy will always be respected.

I require 48-hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to provide 48-hours notice will result in being charged the full fee for the missed session.
